It feels really nice to set a goal and work on it a little bit every day and then see the final product ready to be released. I’m so happy to finally be able to say that my first ever ebook is now available! The last time I wrote a book was probably in elementary school […]
34 Life Lessons I’ve Learned in 34 years of Living
Today is my birthday and it’s hard to believe I’m 34 because I don’t feel my age. It doesn’t seem so long ago that I turned the big 3-0. I was living in Taipei and searching for a direction in life after reaching that milestone. I sat on top of a hiking trail overlooking the best […]

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyways
I’m guilty of it. Most likely you are too.
Thinking like that is dangerous. It paralyzes us from even trying. The worst possible sceanrio is to not even try at all.
We have that inner voice telling us all the reasons we shouldn’t be doing it. We feel more safe in our comfort zone but not leaving our comfort zone means we will never grow as a person and experience new things.

How to Beat Stress Today: By Playing in the Rain
This morning, I got up on the wrong side of the bed. It just didn’t start well. First of all, I slept way past my alarm. I had my mom asking me to play travel agent for her, which I don’t like to play, and just struggled to get the morning started.
After making breakfast, I sat at my computer screen and found myself just wasting time with no goal in mind for the morning.
Not a great way to start.
So I dragged myself out of the house to go for a run. I needed to relieve some stress and exercise.
My First Video Post to Say Thank You!
First I wanted to say thank you to everyone who read, retweeted, comment on my post last week, 40 Rising Bloggers Who are Heating it Up This Summer. The reaction to it was unbelievable! I’m ecstatic so many people enjoyed it.
Today I wanted to do something different and that’s do a video post to say thanks. I’ve never talked into a camera so this was actually harder to do than write a post!
For those who record videos often, I have lots of respect for you.
Take a few minutes to watch the video and let me know how I did! Please…be gentle.
