GBL081: Why you’re good enough to do what you want

When I started this podcast, there were already so many self help podcasts. When I started my blog, there were already so many self help blogs.

That didn’t matter to me because I wanted to start a podcast and a blog. I wanted a way to connect with people all around the world. I wanted to share my life experiences, my message, and my advice to anyone who needed it.

In the years since I’ve started, I’ve been able to do that despite so many others doing what I’m doing and who do it better than me.

There’s always going to be people who know more than you and have more experience than you. That doesn’t mean there isn’t room for you. There is room for you to do what you want.

Think about all the burger restaurants now. There’s not only so many different fast food burger places, but now there are so many burger restaurants that serve grass fed organic burgers.

There’s room for all of them because each has their own personality that will attract their ideal customers.

That’s what I’ve focused on with the podcast and blog. Just focusing on attracting people that could use some inspiration, advice, and help to get unstuck in life.

I’m not trying to appeal to everyone. Just trying to help who I can and to me that’s good enough.
