It’s time to shake things up in your life. If you’ve not made the progress you’ve been hoping, then it’s time to revisit what you’re doing.
What you may need to do is to start doing different things.
If you think about it this way, what you’ve been doing has gotten you to this point right now. That includes your thoughts, habits, beliefs, choices, and actions.
If you’re not where you want to be right now, you’ve got to change what you’ve been doing up to this point. You can’t keep doing the same thing and expect different results.
At the start of 2018, I realized that I didn’t achieve the goals I wanted in 2017. I had a good year financially, but it was no where near the big number I set for myself. I knew that if I wanted to reach my financial goals in 2018, I had to do things differently. I couldn’t keep doing what I had been doing last year.
I’ve gotten back into a better morning routine. I’m learning about self hypnosis to reprogram my mind. Self hypnosis is something I’ve never done before. I didn’t believe much in it because I had a belief on what I thought hypnosis was. I’ve learned now that the belief is false and am enjoying learning more about it so that I can unlock more of my mind.
